| In recent years, autologous fat, as an ideal tissue filler, has been widely used in various types of plastic surgery. Autologus fat graft gains bigger popularity in the correction of upper eyelid excavation and become the focus of clinical research. The author discusses the surgical procedure of the correction of upper eyelid excavation via autologous fat graft, its complications and some essentials of such operation. The author intends to help explore the clinical application and further study of autologous fat graft in the correction of the upper eyelid excavation. |
