          【摘要】 目的 观察皮肤再生医疗技术治疗痛风性溃疡的临床疗效?方法 对2016年1月—2017年10月广西中医药大学第一附属医院收治的20例痛风性溃疡患者在全身综合治疗的基础上, 创面采用皮肤再生医疗技术治疗, 观察临床疗效?结果 治疗2周后, 20例患者中痊愈1例, 显效4例, 有效15例, 总显效率为25%,总有效率为100%; 治疗4周后, 20例患者中痊愈10例, 显效9例, 有效1例, 总显效率为95%, 总有效率为100%?治疗前后, 患者体内ALT?AST?BUN 及Cr 水平均无明显变化, 经多样本均数比较的方差分析, F值分别为0.905?0.684?0.016?0.080, P均>0.05, 差异无统计学意义, 而血尿酸水平明显降低, F=7.157, P<0.05, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 皮肤再生医疗技术治疗痛风性溃疡, 可有效促进创面愈合, 疗效显著, 且操作简便, 值得临床推广应用?

          【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of regenerative medical technology in the treatment of gout ulcer. Methods 20 patients with gout ulcer, admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to October 2017 received systemic therapy. In addition to that, skin regenerative medical technology was given. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, 1 of the 20 patients healed, 4 improved markedly and 15 got effective result. The total marked effective rate was 25% and the total effective rate was 100%. After 4 weeks of treatment, 10 of the 20 patients healed, 9 improved markedly and 1 got effective result. The total marked effective rate was 95% and the total effective rate was 100%. Before and after the treatment, no significant change in the average level of ALT, AST, BUN and Cr in patients was observed. Variance analysis showed no statistically significant difference (F values=0.905,0.684,0.016 and 0.080, P>0.05). Uric acid level decreased markedly and the comparison showed statistically significant difference (F=7.157,P<0.05) Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the skin regenerative medical technology is excellent in treating gout ulcer with a simple operational procedure, which can be promoted in the clinical practice.
