| 【摘要】 创面愈合是多种细胞及生长因子之间相互作用重建受损组织的复杂生物学过程。研究显示， 富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma, PRP) 内含有的高浓度血小板、纤维蛋白和白细胞均可通过一系列生物学作用调控创面组织内生长因子的释放及细胞的增殖与迁移， 从而促进创面多种组织的再生修复。遂笔者于本文中对PRP促进创面愈合的相关基础与临床研究进行了综述， 以期为PRP 在创面治疗中的进一步深入研究提供思路与线索。 |

| 【Abstract】 Wound healing is a complex biological process in which various cells and growth factors interact with each other to reconstruct damaged tissue. Studies have shown that platelet-rich plasma (PRP) contains high concentration of platelets, fibrin and white blood cells, all of which can regulate the release of growth factors and cell proliferation and migration in wound tissue through a series of biological functions, thereby promoting the regeneration of various tissues on wound. In this paper, the author reviewed the basic and clinical research of PRP in promoting wound healing with a view to provide some thoughts to further the research of PRP in wound healing. |
