| 【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏治疗老年潮湿环境相关性皮肤损伤(moisture?associated skin damage,MASD) 的临床疗效。方法 对2017年3月上海申园康复医院内科收治的1例老年MASD患者予以全身综合治疗的同时， 局部创面采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗， 观察治疗效果。结果 治疗9 d 后， 患者创面完全愈合， 愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生， 随访1个月， 未见复发。结论 湿润烧伤膏治疗老年MASD， 可有效促进创面愈合， 防治创面感染， 疗效显著， 值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of MEBO on moisture-associated skin damage (MASD) in elderly patients. Methods 1 senile patient with moisture-associated skin damage, admitted to Internal Medicine Department, Shanghai Shenyuan Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2017 to June 2017 was given systemic therapy as well as local dressing change of MEBO. The curative effect was observed. Results The wound was healed completely 9 days after the treatment and no significant hypertrophic scar was found on skin. During one-month follow-up, no relapse was observed. Conclusion For treatment of moisture-associated skin damage in elderly patients, MEBO can effectively promote the healing of wound, prevent wound infection. It should be promoted in clinical practice due to its excellent curative effect. |
