| 【摘要】 研究显示，氧供等局部因素、年龄等全身因素以及心理因素等均可影响创面的愈合， 使其发展为慢性难愈合创面。近年来，随着现代医学的不断发展，有关慢性难愈合创面形成及修复机制的研究，以及慢性难愈合创面的组织工程技术、中医药外用等中西医治疗的研究也不断深入。遂笔者于本文中对慢性难愈合创面的影响因素及中西医治疗研究进展进行了综述，以期为慢性难愈合创面的治疗提供思路与帮助。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective Studies showed that local factors, like oxygen supply, systemic factors, like age, and psychological factors could all affect wound healing, leading to chronic refractory wound. In recent years, with the development of modern medicine, researches on mechanism of the formation and repair of chronic refractory wound and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, such as tissue engineering technique, external use of traditional Chinese medicine have been deepened continuously. This paper summarized influence factors of chronic refractory wound and research progress of integrative medicine for such wounds with the purpose of offering some thoughts on how to treat them. |
