| 【摘要】 目的 探讨皮肤再生医疗技术治疗透明质酸注射填充术后鼻翼局部感染坏死的临床疗效?方法 对2017 年8 月宣武中医医院外科收治的1 例透明质酸注射填充术后鼻翼局部感染坏死患者采用皮肤再生医疗技术治疗, 同时予以硫酸依替米星注射液静脉滴注, 观察治疗效果?结果 皮肤再生医疗技术治疗10 d 后, 局部创面基本愈合, 愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生及色素沉着, 患者出院?结论 皮肤再生医疗技术治疗透明质酸注射填充术后鼻翼局部感染坏死, 可有效控制创面感染, 促进创面愈合, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBT/ MEBO in treating local infection and necrosis of nasal alae after hyaluronic acid injection and filling. Methods A Patient with local infection and necrosis of nasal alae after hyaluronic acid injection and filling admitted to Surgery Department of Beijing Xuanwu TCM Hospital was treated with MEBT/ MEBO and intravenous drip with etimicin sulfate parenteral solution. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results After 10 days of treatment with MEBT/ MEBO, the local wound was basically healed, and there was no obvious scar formation and pigmentation on the healed skin. The patient was discharged from the hospital. Conclusion In treating local infection and necrosis of nasal alae after hyaluronic acid injection and filling, MEBT/ MEBO can effectively reduce wound infection and promote wound healing, so it is deserved to be promoted in clinical practice. |
