          【摘要】 目的 观察皮肤再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/ moist exposed burn ointment, MEBT/MEBO) 联合自体中厚皮移植治疗足趾电烧伤的临床疗效?方法 对2010 年3 月福安市医院外科收治的1 例足趾高压电烧伤患者在皮肤减张术后采用MEBT/ MEBO 治疗, 待创面肉芽组织生长良好后予以自体中厚皮移植治疗,观察治疗效果?结果 治疗45 d 后, 创面愈合, 患者出院; 出院后随访3 个月, 创面愈合良好, 愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生及功能障碍?结论 MEBT/ MEBO 联合自体中厚皮移植治疗足趾电烧伤, 可有效促进创面愈合, 预防足趾瘢痕增生及功能障碍, 避免截趾, 且操作简便, 值得临床推广应用?

          【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBT/ MEBO combined with autologous split thickness skin graft in the treatment of toe electric burn. Methods A patient with toe electric burn admitted to Surgery Department,Fu’an Hospital in March 2010 was treated with MEBT/ MEBO after skin ploughing and relaxation technique, followed by autologous split thickness skin graft when granulation tissues grew well on the wound surface. The effect was observed.Results After 45 days of treatment, the wound was healed and the patient was discharged; three-month follow-up showed no obvious hypertrophic scars or dysfunction. Conclusion In the treatment of toe electric burn, MEBT/ MEBO combined with autologous split thickness skin graft, with its simple operational procedure, can effectively promote wound healing, prevent scar hyperplasia and dysfunction, and avoid amputation, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
