【摘要】目的观察火针联合湿润烧伤膏治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎的临床疗效?方法将2016 年12月—2017 年12 月黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院皮肤科收治的60 例血虚风燥型神经性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组(30 例) 与对照组(30 例), 其中治疗组患者予以火针联合湿润烧伤膏治疗, 对照组患者单纯予以火针治疗, 连续治疗4 周后对比观察两组患者的治疗效果?结果治疗4 周后, 治疗组患者中痊愈8 例, 显效15 例, 有效5例, 无效2 例, 总有效率为93.33%, 对照组患者中痊愈4 例, 显效7 例, 有效14 例, 无效5 例, 总有效率为83.33%, 两组对比采用等级资料的秩和检验, mann-whitney U =289.500, Z = - 2.418, P < 0.05, 差异具有统计学意义?结论火针联合湿润烧伤膏具有疏风止痒?养血润燥的功效, 治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用?

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of fire needle combined with MEBO in treating neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type. Methods Sixty patients with neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type admitted to Dermatology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between December 2016 and December 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The patients in treatment group were treated with fire needle therapy combined with external application of MEBO while the patients in control group were only treated with fire needle therapy. Both groups were treated for four consecutive weeks to observe clinical effects. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, in treatment group 8 patients were cured, 15 patients got markedly improved, 5 patients got improved and 2 got no improvement. The total effective rate was 93.33%. In control group, 4 patients were cured, 7 patients got markedly improved, 14 patients got improved and 5 patients got no improvement. The total effective rate was 83.33%. Rank sum test of ranked data was used for the comparison of the two groups and the result showed statistically significant difference ( mann-whitney U = 289.500, Z = - 2.418,P < 0.05). Conclusion Fire needle combined with MEBO in treating neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind?dryness type has the function of dispersing wind and relieving itching as well as enriching the blood and moistening dryness, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
