          【摘要】 目的 探讨多酶清洗液超声清洗联合过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌处理硬式腹腔镜与辅助器械的效果?方法 将2015 年8 月—2017 年7 月广州医科大学附属肿瘤医院各科室使用后的140 套硬式腹腔镜随机分为试验组(70 套) 与对照组(70 套), 其中对照组器械于传统手工清洗后采用多酶清洗液手工刷洗联合过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌予以处理, 试验组器械于传统手工清洗后采用多酶清洗液超声清洗联合过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌予以处理; 处理后, 使用目测法?ATP 检测法及咽拭子培养法对比两组器械的清洗及灭菌效果?结果 试验组目测清洗合格率为98.6%, 对照组目测清洗合格率为84.3%, 两组对比采用卡方检验, χ2 =9.115, P <0.05, 差异具有统计学意义; 试验组ATP 检测清洗合格率为97.1%, 对照组ATP 检测清洗合格率为81.4%, 两组对比采用卡方检验, χ2 =9.035, P <0.05, 差异具有统计学意义; 咽拭子培养法检测结果显示, 两组器械细菌培养结果均为阴性, 合格率均达100%, 无统计学意义?结论 采用多酶清洗液超声清洗联合过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌处理硬式腹腔镜, 清洗效果好, 灭菌合格率可达100%, 适于临床应用?

          【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of ultrasonic cleaning with multi-enzyme cleaner combined with low-temperature sterilization with hydrogen peroxide gas plasma (HPGP) in managing rigid laparoscope and auxiliary instruments. Methods One hundred and forty rigid laparoscopes that have been used in departments of Guangzhou Medical University Cancer Hospital between August 2015 and July 2017 were randomly divided into experiment group (70 sets) and control group (70 sets). After traditional hand cleaning, instruments in the control group were managed with hand cleaning with multi-enzyme cleaner combined with low-temperature sterilization with HPGP, while that in the experiment group was managed with ultrasonic cleaning with multi-enzyme cleaner combined with low-temperature sterilization with HPGP. After the management, the cleaning and sterilizing quality in the two groups were observed and compared by the visual method,ATP test and throat swab culture. Results The visual method showed the cleaning qualification rate in the experiment group was 98.6% while that in the control group was 84.3%, in which Chi-square test found statistically significant difference, χ2 =9.115, P <0.05. ATP test showed the cleaning qualification rate in the experiment group was 97.1% while that in the control group was 81.4%, in which statistically significant difference was observed by Chi-square test, χ2 =9.035,P <0.05. The culture results of throat swab in both groups showed negative with the qualification rate being 100%, and there is no statistically significant difference. Conclusion Ultrasonic cleaning with multi-enzyme cleaner combined with low-temperature sterilization with hydrogen peroxide gas plasma (HPGP) can be used in clinical practice to manage rigid laparoscope since it can achieve good cleaning effect and 100% sterilizing qualification rate.
