| 【摘要】 目的 总结分析责任制整体护理在小儿烧伤治疗中的护理体会。方法 回顾性对比分析2015年1月—2016年12月中国人民解放军第五十九医院烧伤科收治的分别采用责任制整体护理(研究组, 100例) 与常规护理(对照组, 110例) 模式护理的小儿烧伤患者的院内感染率、健康宣教覆盖率及患者满意度。结果 研究组患儿创面均完全愈合, 院内感染率为4.00%, 健康宣教覆盖率为100%, 患者满意度为98.00%; 对照组患儿中2例患儿因经济原因放弃治疗, 其余108例患儿创面均完全愈合, 院内感染率为9.26%, 健康宣教覆盖率为79.63%, 患者满意度为80.56%。两组患儿院内感染率对比采用四格表资料的卡方检验, χ2=2.867, P=0.077,P>0.05, 差异无统计学意义; 健康宣教覆盖率及患者满意度对比采用四格表资料的卡方检验, χ2=22.780 及16. 066, P值均为0.000, P均<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义。结论 小儿烧伤后采用责任制整体护理模式予以护理, 可有效提高患儿及其家属对烧伤知识的了解程度及依从性, 患者满意度较高, 值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and summarize the nursing experience of pediatric burns with the accountable holistic nursing system. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the experience of nursing pediatric burn patients admitted to the Buns Department of Chinese PLA 59th Hospital between January 2015 and December 2016 and nursed with the accountable holistic nursing system and the routine nursing system respectively to compare the patient’s satisfaction,health education coverage rate and nosocomial infection rate between the two nursing systems. Results In the study group, the wounds of 100 child patients were all healed completely, with the nosocomial infection rate being 4.00%, health education coverage rate 100% and patient’s satisfaction 98%, while in the control group, 2 out of the 110 cases gave up the treatment due to financial difficulty, and the other 108 cases healed completely, with the nosocomial infection rate being 9.26%, health education coverage rate 79.63% and patient’s satisfaction 80.56%. The nosocomial infection rate was compared with the Chi-square test of fourfold table between the two groups and the results showed no statistically significant difference (χ2=2.867, P=0.077, P>0.05). The health education coverage rate and patient’s satisfaction were also compared with the Chi-square test of fourfold table between the two groups and the results showed statistically significant difference (χ2=22.780 and 16.066 respectively, both P=0.000, both P<0.01). Conclusion Adopting the accountable holistic nursing system for pediatric burns can effectively improve the understanding and compliance of child patients and their families, and achieve a higher patient’s satisfaction, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
