| 【摘要】 目的 对比观察湿润烧伤膏联合改良负压封闭引流治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效。方法 将2015年1月—2017年7月山东省立第三医院收治的41例Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组（21例）与对照组（20例），其中治疗组患者采用湿润烧伤膏联合改良负压封闭引流治疗，对照组患者采用凡士林油纱联合改良负压封闭引流治疗，对比观察两组患者创面进入红期的时间、愈合时间及临床疗效。结果 治疗30 d时，治疗组患者中痊愈12例、显效6例、有效2例、无效1例，总有效率为95.2%，明显优于对照组患者中的痊愈2例、显效8例、有效4例、无效6例，总有效率70.0%，两组对比，P<0.01，差异具有统计学意义；治疗组患者创面进入红期的时间为（5.12±1.01） d，创面愈合时间为（40.52±4.56） d，明显短于对照组患者创面进入红期的时间（11.21±2.59） d，创面愈合时间（64.53±5.68） d，两组对比，P均<0.01，差异具有统计学意义。结论 湿润烧伤膏联合改良负压封闭引流治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮，可有效促进创面愈合，缩短创面愈合时间，疗效显著，且操作简便，费用低廉，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of MEBO in combination with modified vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） in the treatment of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ pressure ulcers．Methods Forty-one patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ pressure ulcers admitted to Shandong Provincial Third Hospital between January 2015 and July 2017 were evenly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table．The two groups were both given modified vacuum sealing drainage，but MEBO was combined in the treatment group while the control group was combined with Vaseline gauze．The starting time of wound red stage，wound healing time and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups．Results Thirty days after treatment，in the treatment group 12 patients were cured，marked effectiveness was observed in 6 patients，effectiveness in 2 patients and ineffectiveness in 1 patient，with the total effective rate being 95.2%，while in the control group 2 patients were cured，marked effectiveness in 8 patients，effectiveness in 4 patients and ineffectiveness in 6 cases，with the total effective rate being 70．0%，between which the comparison showed statistically significant difference，P <0.01．The starting time of wound red stage and wound healing time were （5.12±1．01） d and （40.52 ±4.56） d respectively in the treatment group，which were obviously shorter than the corresponding （11.21±2.59） d and （64.53±5.68） d in the control group，and statistically significant differences were observed based on comparison，both P <0.01．Conclusion The combined therapy of MEBO and modified VSD，apart from its easy and simple operation and low cost，can achieve significant curative effects in the treatment of pressure ulcer such as effectively promoting wound healing and shorter wound healing time，deserving to be promoted in clinical practice． |
