| 【摘要】 目的 观察踝部神经阻滞麻醉在糖尿病足清创过程中的麻醉效果，探讨其临床应用价值。方法 对2017年1月—2017年12月庄河市中心医院内分泌科及大连医科大学附属第二医院创面修复科收治的58例需手术清创治疗的糖尿病足患者于清创前予以踝部神经阻滞麻醉，并在清创过程中观察其麻醉效果。结果 58例患者均麻醉成功，清创过程中均无明显疼痛及不良反应发生。结论 踝部神经阻滞麻醉在糖尿病足清创过程中的麻醉效果良好，且操作简便，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of ankle nerve blocking anesthesia during the debridement in diabetic foot patients and explore its clinical application value．Methods Fifty-eight patients with diabetic foot admitted into the Endocrinology Department of Zhuanghe Central Hospital and the Wound Repair Department of the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University between January 2017 and December 2017 for surgical debridement were given ankle nerve blocking anesthesia before the debridement，and the anesthetic effect during the debridement was observed．Results All the 58 patients were successfully anesthetized．No obvious pain or adverse reactions occurred during the debridement．Conclusion The anesthesia effect of ankle nerve blocking anesthesia during the debridement for diabetic foot is good and the anesthesia method deserves to be promoted in clinical practice due to its reliability and simple operation． |
