| 【摘要】 糖尿病足患者因治疗困难、费用高昂、致残率较高极易产生紧张、不安、恐慌等焦虑情绪，严重影响患者的心理健康及疾病的治疗效果。给予糖尿病足患者个性化的健康宣教、音乐疗法、运动疗法等护理干预措施，可有效缓解甚至消除患者的焦虑情绪，提高治疗效果。为此，笔者于本研究中对近年来糖尿病足患者焦虑的影响因素及护理干预的研究进展进行了综述，旨在为糖尿病足患者的焦虑护理提供思路与帮助。 |

| 【Abstract】 Patients with diabetic foot are easily afflicted with anxieties such as nervousness，restlessness，panic，etc．due to treatment difficulty，high cost and high disability rate，seriously affecting patients’ mental health and treatment effect．Nursing interventions such as personalized health education，music therapy and physical therapy to patients with diabetic foot can effectively relieve or even eliminate patients’ anxieties and improve treatment effect．In this paper，the research advances on nursing interventions and influential factors of anxieties in patients with diabetic foot were reviewed with the aim of providing insights and help for the anxiety nursing of such patients． |
