| 【摘要】 目的 对比分析自拟中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤残余创面的临床疗效。方法 将2015年9月—2016年9月中国人民解放军第二三四医院收治的90例烧伤残余创面患者按照随机数表法随机分为研究组（45例）与对照组（45例），其中研究组患者采用自拟中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗，对照组患者采用自拟中药汤剂联合碘伏常规消毒换药治疗，对比观察两组患者的创面愈合效果、疼痛程度及创面细菌感染情况。结果 治疗14 d后，研究组患者中显效20例，有效21例，无效4例，总有效率为91.11%，对照组患者中显效13例，有效15例，无效17例，总有效率为62.22%，两组对比采用等级资料的秩和检验，mann-whitney U=706.500，Z =-2.641，P =0.008，P <0.01，差异具有统计学意义；治疗第3、7、14天，研究组患者创面疼痛评分均明显低于对照组，P均<0.01，差异具有统计学意义；治疗14 d后，两组患者创面感染金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍氏不动杆菌及表皮葡萄球菌情况对比，P均>0.05，差异无统计学意义。结论 自拟中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤残余创面，可有效促进创面愈合，缓解创面疼痛，防治创面感染，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of self-made Chinese herbal decoction combined with MEBO in the treatment of residual burn wounds．Methods Ninety patients with residual burn wounds，admitted to Chinese People’s Liberation Army No．234 Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016，were randomly divided into a study group（45 cases） and a control group（45 cases） according to the random number table．Patients in the study group were treated with self-made Chinese herbal decoction in combination with MEBO while patients in the control group were treated with self-made Chinese herbal decoction in combination with routine iodophor disinfection．The wound healing condition，pain degree and wound bacterial infection were observed and compared between the two groups．Results After 14 days of treatment，20 patients showed markedly effective，21 effective，4 ineffective and the total effective rate was 91．11% in the study group，while in the control group，13 patients were markedly effective，15 effective，17 ineffective and the total effective rate was 62．22%，between which the comparison with the rank sum test of ranked data showed statistically significant difference（mann-whitney U =706.500，Z = -2.641，P =0.008，P <0.01）．On day 3，7 and 14 of treatment，the pain scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P <0．01）．After 14 days of treatment，the infection condition with Staphylococcus aureus，Acinetobacter baumannii and Staphylococcus epidermidis were compared between the two groups and the results showed no statistically significant difference（all P >0.05）．Conclusion In the treatment of residual burn wounds，the combined therapy of self-made Chinese herbal decoction and MEBO can effectively promote the healing of residual wounds，relieve wound pain and prevent wound infection，deserving to be promoted in clinical practice． |
