| 【摘要】 目的 探讨“三位一体”护理模式在老年髌骨骨折康复训练中的应用效果。方法 回顾性总结2016年2月—2017年2月佛山市第一人民医院禅城医院创伤骨科收治的86例老年髌骨骨折患者的临床资料，按照治疗方法将其分为观察组（43例）与对照组（43例），其中观察组患者采用“三位一体”护理模式予以护理，对照组患者采用常规护理模式予以护理，对比分析两组患者的护理满意度及应用美国特种外科医院膝关节功能评分（HSS评分）系统对膝关节功能进行的HSS评分。结果 观察组患者的护理总满意度为（95.6±11.4）%，对照组患者的护理总满意度为（90.7±11.4）%，两组对比采用t检验，t=1.993，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗后，观察组患者的HSS评分为（72.11±2.30）分，对照组患者的HSS评分为（58.15±4.59）分，两组对比采用t检验，t=17.830，P<0.01，差异具有统计学意义。结论 将“三位一体”护理模式应用于老年髌骨骨折术后康复训练中，可有效改善患者的膝关节功能，提高护理满意度，促进髌骨骨折的术后康复，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of “Trinity” nursing model in senile patella fracture rehabilitation training．Methods A retrospective review was conducted on the clinical data of 86 elderly patients with patella fracture who were admitted to the Orthopedic Department of Chancheng Hospital of Foshan First People’s Hospital between February 2016 and February 2017．The patients were divided，based on their treatment methods，into an observation group （43 cases） and a control group（43 cases）．The patients in the observation group were nursed with the “trinity” nursing model while patients in the control group were nursed with the conventional nursing model．Patient’s satisfaction to nursing care was analyzed and compared between the two groups and HSS Score（Hospital for special surgery knee score） was used to assess the knee joint function of patients in the two groups．Results The total degree of patient’s satisfaction to nursing care in the observation group was （95.6±11.4）% while that was （90.7±11.4）% in the control group，between which t test was used for the comparison and the result showed statistically significant difference（t=1.993，P<0.05）．After treatment，HSS score of patients in the observation group was （72.11±2.30）points while that was （58.15±4.59）points in the control group，between which t test was used for the comparison and the result showed statistically significant difference（t=17.830，P<0.01）．Conclusion Applying the “Trinity” nursing model in the senile patella fracture rehabilitation training can realize good effects such as effectively improving knee function and patient’s satisfaction to nursing care，and promoting postoperative recovery of patellar fractures，so the model deserves to be promoted in clinical practices． |
