| 【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 对2014年4月—2017年9月丹东市中心医院收治的70例急性期带状疱疹患者采用湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗，观察治疗效果。结果 治疗过程中70例患者的皮损创面疼痛程度均逐渐减轻，渗液逐渐减少，最终皮损创面均完全愈合，愈合时间为7~17 d；痊愈后随访2个月，所有患者均未遗留神经性疼痛、未复发，且愈后皮肤均无明显色素沉着。结论 湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗带状疱疹，可有效缓解皮损创面疼痛，促进皮损创面愈合，减轻愈后皮肤色素沉着，疗效显著，且操作简便，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in combination with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing （MEBO Dressing） in the treatment of herpes zoster．Methods Seventy patients with acute herpes zoster admitted to Dandong Central Hospital from April 2014 to September 2017 were treated with MEBO in combination with MEBO Dressing，and the curative effect was observed．Results During the treatment，the wound pain and seepage in all the 70 patients were gradually alleviated．After the treatment，all the skin lesions were healed completely and the healing time was 7 to 17 days．The two-month follow-up after wound healing showed no neuropathic pain，relapse，obvious pigmentation or scar hyperplasia in all patients．Conclusion The combined application of MEBO and MEBO Dressing in treating herpes zoster，apart from its simple and easy operation，can effectively relieve the wound pain and promote wound healing，being worthy of extensive promotion in clinical practice． |
