| 【摘要】 目的 观察烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗面部挫擦伤的临床疗效，总结治疗体会。方法 给予深州市中医医院收治的120例交通事故所致的面部皮肤挫擦伤患者创面采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗，观察治疗效果。结果 治疗过程中，除4例患者因合并其他部位损伤出现感染，应用头孢类抗生素抗感染3~5 d痊愈外，其余患者均未出现感染征象。最终所有患者创面均Ⅰ期愈合，愈后皮肤无明显色素沉着及瘢痕增生。结论 烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗面部挫擦伤，可有效促进创面愈合，预防色素沉着及瘢痕增生，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBT/ MEBO in the treatment of facial contusion and abrasion，and summarize the treatment experience.Methods The subjects were 120 patients who were with facial contusion and abrasion resulting from traffic accidents and admitted into Shenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were all treated with MEBT/ MEBO and the treatment effect was observed.Results During the treatment course，no patients developed infection except 4 patients.The 4 patients were complicated with infection due to wounds at other locations，which were controlled after the application of cephalosporin antibiotics for 3-5 days.Eventually，all patients realized primary healing and there was no obvious pigmentation and scar hyperplasia on the healed skin.Conclusion In the treatment of facial contusion and abrasion，MEBT/ MEBO can effectively accelerate wound healing，prevent pigmentation and scar hyperplasia，deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
