| 【摘要】 目的 观察银愈生物凝胶敷料治疗尖锐湿疣激光术后创面的临床疗效。方法 按照就诊顺序采用单双号数字表法将2017年8月—2018年4月黄河三门峡医院皮肤科收治的60例疣体≤2 cm2的尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组（30例）与对照组（30例），其中治疗组患者于激光术后采用银愈生物凝胶敷料治疗术后创面，对照组患者于激光术后采用莫匹罗星软膏治疗术后创面，并于治疗1周及2周后对比两组患者的皮损创面评分及临床疗效。结果 治疗1周后，治疗组患者皮损创面评分为（1.20±1.23）分、治疗总有效率为83.33%，对照组患者皮损创面评分为（4.21±2.30）分、治疗总有效率为60.00%，两组患者皮损创面评分及临床疗效对比，P均<0.05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗2周后，治疗组患者皮损创面评分为（0.20±0.40）分、治疗总有效率为93.33%，对照组患者皮损创面评分为（1.83±0.90）分、治疗总有效率为73.33%，两组患者皮损创面评分及临床疗效对比，P均<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 银愈生物凝胶敷料可有效促进尖锐湿疣激光术后创面愈合，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Silver Healing Bio-gel Dressing in the treatment of postoperative wounds after Condyloma Acuminatum Laser Therapy.Methods Sixty patients with Condyloma Acuminatum at the size of ≤2 cm2 admitted into the Dermatology Department of Huanghe Sanmenxia Hospital between August 2017 and April 2018 were divided into a treatment grouP（30 cases）and a control grouP（30 cases）according to the odd-even number table of their registration sequence.After the laser therapy for Condyloma Acuminatum，the postoperative wounds in the treatment grouPwere treated with Silver Healing Bio-gel Dressing，while the wounds in the control grouPwere given Mupirocin Ointment.The skin lesion scores and clinical efficacy were compared respectively at one week and two weeks after treatment between the two groups.Results One week after treatment，the skin lesion scores were（1.20±1.23）points and the total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment grouPwhile in the control grouPthe skin lesion scores were（4.21±2.30）points and the total effective rate was 60.00%.The comparison of skin lesion scores and clinical efficacy between the two groups showed statistically significant difference，both P< 0.05.Two weeks after treatment，the skin lesion scores were（0.20±0.40）points and the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment grouPwhile in the control grouPthe skin lesion scores were（1.83±0.90）points and the total effective rate was 73.33%，and the comparison of skin lesion scores and clinical efficacy between the two groups also showed statistically significant difference，both P<0.05.Conclusion Silver Healing Bio-gel Dressing can effectively promote the postoperative wounds after Condyloma Acuminatum laser therapy and deserves to be popularized in clinical practice. |
