| 【摘要】 目的 分析探讨家庭护理管理在小儿湿疹护理中的应用体会。方法 将2016年4月—2017年5月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的72例湿疹患儿按照随机数表法随机分为干预组（36例）与对照组（36例），其中干预组患儿采用家庭护理管理模式予以护理，对照组患儿采用常规护理模式予以护理，对比观察两组患儿的不良反应发生情况、治疗30 d后的临床疗效、护理满意度及随访3个月后的复发情况。结果 治疗过程中，干预组患儿不良反应发生率为2.78%，对照组患儿不良反应发生率为19.44%，两组对比采用四格表资料的卡方检验，χ2=3.516，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗30 d后，干预组患儿治疗总有效率为100%，对照组患儿治疗总有效率为80.56%，两组对比采用等级资料的秩和检验，mann-whitney U= 465.500，Z=-2.345，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗结束后，干预组患儿家属对护理的总满意率为100%，对照组患儿家属对护理的总满意率为80.56%，两组对比采用等级资料的秩和检验，mann-whitney U=447.000，Z=-2.796，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义；患儿皮损创面痊愈后随访3个月，干预组患儿复发率为5.56%，对照组患儿复发率为22.22%，两组对比采用四格表资料的卡方检验，χ2=4.181，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 湿疹患儿采用家庭护理管理模式予以护理，可有效减少不良反应的发生，提高临床疗效及护理满意度，降低复发率，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application experience of home nursing management in the nursing of infantile eczema.Methods Seventy-two infants with eczema admitted into Children’s Hospital Affiliated of ZhengzhoUUniversity between April 2016 and May 2017 were randomly divided into an intervention grouP（36 cases）and a control grouP（36 cases）according to the random number table.Patients in the intervention grouPwere nursed with the home nursing management while patients in the control grouPwere nursed with the routine nursing method.The occurrence of adverse reactions，clinical efficacy after 30 days of treatment，satisfaction rate and relapse condition during the three-month follow-uPwere observed and compared between the two groups.Results During the treatment course，the occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the intervention grouPwas 2.78% while that in the control grouPwas 19.44%，which were compared with the Chi-square test of fourfold table and statistically significant difference was observed，χ2 = 3.516，P< 0.05.After 30 days of treatment，the total effective rate in the intervention grouPwas 100% while that in the control grouPwas 80.56%，between which the comparison with the rank-sum test for ranked data showed statistically significant difference，mann-whitney U=465.500，Z=-2.345，P<0.05.After the treatment，the total satisfaction rate in the intervention grouPwas 100% while that in the control grouPwas 80.56%，between which the comparison with the rank-sum test for ranked data showed statistically significant difference，mann-whitney U= 447.000，Z=-2.796，P< 0.05.During the three-month follow-uPafter the wound healing，the relapse rate in the intervention grouPwas 5.56% while that in the control grouPwas 22.22%，between which the comparison with the Chi-square test of four fold table showed statistically significant difference，χ2 =4.181，P<0.05.Conclusion The home nursing management mode in infantile eczema can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions，improve clinical efficacy and satisfaction degree of patients，and decrease the relapse rate，deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
