| 【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏(moist exposed burn ointment, MEBO) 联合光子照射治疗糖尿病性阴囊脓肿术后创面的临床疗效。方法 对2015年1月—2017年7月中铁十二局集团有限公司中心医院创面修复科收治的12例糖尿病性阴囊脓肿患者于脓肿切开引流及坏死组织清除术后采用MEBO换药联合光子照射治疗术后创面,观察治疗效果。结果 12例患者的阴囊脓肿术后创面均完全愈合, 愈合时间为26~56 d, 平均38.5 d, 其中26~30 d愈合者2例, 31~40 d愈合者4 例, 41~50 d愈合者4例, 51 ~56 d愈合者2例; 出院后随访3~6个月, 所有患者愈后皮肤均无明显瘢痕增生, 阴囊功能正常。结论 MEBO联合光子照射治疗糖尿病性阴囊脓肿术后创面, 可有效缩短创面愈合时间, 提高创面愈合质量, 疗效显著, 临床应用价值较高, 可作为糖尿病性阴囊脓肿术后创面治疗的首选方法。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) combined with Photon irradiation in the treatment of postoperative wounds of diabetic scrotal abscess. Methods Twelve patients with diabetic scrotal abscess, admitted into the Wound Repair Department of Central Hospital of China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co. , Ltd. from January 2015 to July 2017, were treated with MEBO in combination with photon irradiation after abscess incision and drainage and necrotic tissue removal. Results All the postoperative wounds in 12 patients were healed completely and their abscesses were cured. The healing time was 26 -56 days, with an average of 38. 5 days. Among them,2 cases were cured in 26 -30 days, 4 cases in 31 -40 days, 4 cases in 41 -50 days and 2 cases in 51 -56 days. During the follow-ups of 3 -6 months after discharge, no obvious scar hyperplasia was observed on the healed skin and scrotal function was normal. Conclusion In the treatment of postoperative wounds of diabetic scrotal abscess, MEBO combined with photon irradiation can effectively shorten wound healing time and improve wound healing quality. The combined therapy could be the first choice for the treatment of postoperative wounds of diabetic scrotal abscess given its high clinical application value. |
