          【摘要】 目的 观察微粒皮种植治疗糖尿病足过程中创面组织中晚期糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end products, AGEs) 及晚期糖基化终末产物受体(receptor of advanced glycation end products, RAGE) 的变化规律, 进而探讨微粒皮种植对糖尿病足创面组织中AGEs 及RAGE 表达水平的影响?方法 对2016 年1 月至2018年1 月广州医科大学附属第五医院皮肤科及南方医科大学皮肤病医院皮肤外科收治的21 例Wagner 3~4 级糖尿病足患者进行微粒皮种植治疗, 分别于治疗前及治疗第7?14 天测量创面面积并取创面组织进行酶联免疫吸附检测, 对比观察各时间点创面组织中AGEs 及RAGE 的含量?结果 (1) 治疗60 d 后, 18 例患者创面完全愈合?3 例患者创面明显缩小?(2) 治疗过程中, 21 例患者创面组织中AGEs 及RAGE 的含量均呈逐渐下降的趋势, 其中各时间点创面组织中AGEs 的含量对比, P 均< 0.01, 差异具有统计学意义; RAGE 的含量对比, 除治疗前与治疗第7 天对比, P >0.05, 差异无统计学意义外, 其余各时间点对比, P 均< 0.01, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 微粒皮种植治疗可能能够降低糖尿病足患者创面组织中AGEs?RAGE 的表达水平, 促进创面愈合。

          【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change law of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and receptors of advanced glycation end products (RAGE) during the treatment course of diabetic foot with microskin grafting and explore the effect of microskin grafting on the expression level of AGEs and RAGE in diabetic foot wounds. Methods Twenty-one patients with Wagner grade 3/4 diabetic foot, admitted into the Department of Dermatology, The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and the Department of Skin Surgery, Dermatology Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2016 to January 2018, were treated with microskin grafting. The wound area was measured before treatment and on day 7 and day 14 after treatment, and the wound tissues were collected for enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The contents of AGEs and RAGE in wound tissues were observed and compared at each time point. Results (1) After 60 days of treatment, the wounds of 18 patients were completely healed and the wounds of 3 patients were significantly reduced in size. (2) During the treatment course, the contents of AGEs and RAGE in wound tissues of the 21 patients showed a gradual decline. The contents of AGEs in wound tissues were compared at each time point and the results showed statistical-ly significant differences (all P <0.01). The comparisons of RAGE content at all time points also showed statistically sig?nificant differences (P <0.01) except the comparison between that before treatment and that on day 7 of treatment (P >0.05) . Conclusion Microskin grafting can decrease the expression levels of AGEs and RAGE in wound tissues of diabetic foot and promote wound healing.
