| 【摘要】 目的 观察总结CO2 激光打孔联合湿润烧伤膏外涂对Ⅲ度烧伤创面痂皮的溶痂效果?方法 对2016 年10 月至2017 年4 月宣武中医医院外科收治的16 例Ⅲ度烧伤患者(共有Ⅲ度烧伤创面20 处) 采用CO2 激光进行烧灼打孔, 打孔后创面均匀涂抹湿润烧伤膏, 观察痂皮溶解情况?结果 所有创面痂皮均于激光打孔后4 h开始液化, 24 h 达到液化高峰, 3～5 d 完全液化排除?结论 CO2 激光联合湿润烧伤膏可明显缩短Ⅲ度烧伤创面的痂皮溶解时间, 疗效可靠, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe and summarize the scab-dissolving effect of CO2 laser drilling combined with MEBO in III degree burn wounds. Methods Sixteen patients with III degree burn injury (20 III degree burn wounds in total), admitted into the Surgery Department of Xuanwu TCM Hospital Beijing from October 2016 to April 2017, were treated with cauterization and hole-drilling with CO2 laser, followed by the application of MEBO onto the wounds, during which the scab-dissolving condition was observed. Results Liquefaction started on all wounds 4 h after laser drilling and peaked at 24 h. All scabs were liquefied and discharged completely in 3-5 days. Conclusion CO2 laser drilling combined with MEBO can significantly shorten the scab-dissolving time in III degree burn wounds, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice due to its reliable curative effects. |
