| 【摘要】 目的 研究探讨加减桃红四物汤联合湿润烧伤膏对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者临床疗效?生活质量及情绪的影响?方法 按照随机数表法将2017 年5 月至2018 年5 月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院皮肤科门诊收治的90 例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组(45 例患者参与本试验研究, 最终完成全程试验者42 例)和对照组(45 例患者参与本试验研究, 最终完成全程试验者43 例), 其中治疗组患者在口服加减桃红四物汤的同时外用湿润烧伤膏治疗, 对照组患者单纯口服加减桃红四物汤治疗, 对比观察两组患者的不良反应发生情况及治疗28 d 后的局部疼痛程度?生活质量及焦虑程度?结果 治疗过程中, 两组患者均无不良反应及刺激性皮损发生, 治疗前后血常规?尿常规?肝功能?肾功能?心电图等检查均未见明显异常; 治疗28 d 后, 治疗组患者局部疼痛评分为(1.57±0.74) 分?生活质量评分为(5.99±2.76) 分?焦虑评分为(24.71±10.07) 分, 明显低于对照组患者的局部疼痛评分(3.34±1.77) 分?生活质量评分(12.19±4.92) 分?焦虑评分(36.69±12.66) 分, 两组对比, P 均<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 加减桃红四物汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛, 可有效缓解患者的局部疼痛及焦虑情绪, 提高患者的生活质量, 疗效显著, 且无不良反应发生,安全性较高? |

| 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with MEBO on clinical efficacy, life quality and mood of patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Ninety patients with postherpetic neuralgia, admitted into Dermatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2018, were divided, according to the random number table, into a treatment group (45 patients, of which 42 completed the study) and a control group (45 patients, of which 43 completed the study). Patients in the treatment group were treated with the external application of MEBO combined with the oral administration of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction whereas patients in the control group were treated with the oral administration of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction only. The incidence of adverse reactions and the degree of local pain, life quality and anxiety after 28 days of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results During the treatment course, no adverse reaction or irritant skin lesion was observed in both groups, and also no abnormalities was found in blood routine examination, urine routine examination, liver function, renal function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment in each of the two groups. After 28 days of treatment, the local pain score was (1.57±0.74) points, the life quality score was (5.99±2.76) points, and the anxiety score was (24.71±10.07) points in the treatment group, which were all significantly lower than the corresponding (3.34±1.77) points, (12.19±4.92) points and (36.69±12.66) points in the control group (all P < 0.01). Conclusion Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with MEBO in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can achieve great curative effects including effectively alleviating local pain and anxiety, improving the life quality of patients. Moreover, this approach doesn’t lead to the occurrence of adverse reactions, with high safety. |
