| 【Abstract】 One patient with skin ulceration caused by moderate atypical hyperplasia of penis and scrotum epider-mis was admitted into the Surgery Department of Ganzhou Donghe Hospital in March 2018. After surgical debridement, the local wound was treated with MEBT/MEBO (Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment) in combination with infrared radiation throughout the whole treatment course. After 28 days of treatment, the wound was basically healed and the patient was discharged from the hospital. During the one?month follow-up, the wound was healed well and the healed skin has good sensation function, elasticity and well-developed subcutaneous tissues, without obvious scar hyperplasia. |
