| 【摘要】 糖尿病足是非外伤性截肢的主要原因， 也是糖尿病患者致残、致死的重要原因， 且治疗周期较长、费用较高， 给患者及其家庭造成了沉重的负担。虽然目前负压封闭引流技术、烧伤创疡再生医疗技术、血管重建、干细胞移植、高压氧等方法在糖尿病足的治疗中均取得了较好的临床疗效， 降低了糖尿病足的截肢率， 但笔者认为， 有效预防才是真正降低糖尿病足发生的关键， 遂于本文中综述了糖尿病足的发病机制及防治现状， 旨在为降低糖尿病足及其截肢的发生率提供线索与帮助。 |

| 【Abstract】Diabetic foot is the main cause of non-traumatic amputation, disability and death in diabetic patients. Due to long treatment cycle and high cost, it imposes heavy burdens on patients and their families. At present, good clinical efficacy and lower amputation rate can be achieved thanks to many medical technologies, such as vacuum sealing drainage, MEBT/MEBO, revascularization, stem cell transplantation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, etc. However, the authors believe that prevention is the key to reducing the occurrence of diabetic foot, and thus this paper made a review on the pathogenesis and prevention & treatment status quo of diabetic foot with the purpose of providing helpful insights in reducing the incidence of diabetic foot and its consequent amputation. |
