| 【摘要】 目的 探讨烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗Wagner 1～4级糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法 对2013年1月至2018年1月天津市静海区中医医院收治的236例（256处创面）Wagner 1～4级糖尿病足患者在全身综合治疗的同时， 创面全程规范应用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗， 观察治疗效果。结果 治疗12周后，235例患者（256处创面） 中痊愈213 例（234处创面）， 显效17例（17 处创面）， 有效5例（5处创面）， 总有效率为100%。随访6个月， 所有患者创面均完全愈合， 部分患者愈后皮肤留有表浅性瘢痕。结论 烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗Wagner 1～4级糖尿病足， 可有效控制创面感染， 促进创面愈合， 减少瘢痕形成， 明显降低患者的致残率及致死率， 疗效显著， 值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of Wagner grade 1-4 diabetic foot. Methods 235 patients (256 wounds) with diabetic foot of Wagner grade 1-4, admitted to the Jinghai District Chinese Medicine Hospital in Tianjin from January 2013 to January 2018, were given, in addition to systemic comprehensive treatments, the whole course application of MEBT/MEBO in treating the local wounds. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, among the 235 patients (256 wounds), 213 (234 wounds) got cured, 17 (17 wounds) showed marked effectiveness, and 5 (5 wounds) showed effectiveness, with the total effective rate being 100%. The six-month follow-up showed the wounds of all patients were completely healed and superficial scars were observed on the healed skin of partial patients. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of Wagner grade 1-4 diabetic foot can effectively control wound infection, promote wound healing, reduce scar formation and significantly reduce the disability and mortality, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice given its definite curative effect. |
