【摘要】　目的　观察烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全性溃疡的临床疗效。方法　按照随机数表法将2014年1月至2017年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院外科收治的90例下肢慢性静脉功能不全性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组（46例）与对照组（44例），其中治疗组患者采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗局部创面，对照组患者采用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶（贝复新）治疗局部创面，并分别于治疗2、4、6周后对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果　治疗2周后，治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为71.74%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为65.91%，两组对比，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义；治疗4周后，治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为78.26%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为70.45%，两组对比，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义；治疗6周后，治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为93.48%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为75.00%，两组对比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论　烧伤创疡再生医疗技术可有效促进下肢慢性静脉功能不全性溃疡创面愈合，疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the curative effect of MEBT/MEBO in treating chronic venous insufficiency ulcer of lower limbs. Methods Ninety patients with chronic venous insufficiency ulcers of lower limbs, admitted to Fujian People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to December 2017, were divided, according to the random number table, into a treatment group (46 cases) and a control group (44 cases). The local wounds of patients were treated with MEBO in the treatment group and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) gel in the control group. The curative effects of the two groups were compared after 2, 4 and 6 weeks of treatment. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 71.74% in the treatment group and 65.91% in the control group, and the comparison showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 78.26% in the treatment group and 70.45% in the control group, the comparison showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 93.48% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group, the comparison showed statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion MEBT/MEBO can promote the healing of chronic venous insufficiency ulcer of lower limbs, deserving to be promoted in the clinical practice given its definite curative effect.
