| 【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏治疗三伏贴所致接触性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 对2014年7月至2017年9月任丘市中医院收治的40例三伏贴所致接触性皮炎患者采用湿润烧伤膏治疗局部皮损，观察治疗效果。结果 皮肤烧灼样疼痛、红斑及丘疹者治疗1～2d后症状基本消失；皮肤有水疱者治疗2～4d后疱皮脱落，继续治疗7d后创面愈合；皮肤破溃者治疗11～14d后创面愈合。治疗过程中，所有患者的皮损部位均未感染。随访3～6个月，所有患者愈后皮肤均无瘢痕形成。结论 湿润烧伤膏可有效促进三伏贴所致接触性皮炎的皮损症状消退、皮损创面无瘢痕愈合，疗效显著，且操作简便，无明显不良反应发生，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of MEBO in the treatment of contact dermatitis caused by dog-days paste. Methods Forty patients with contact dermatitis caused by dog-days paste, admitted to Renqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2014 to September 2017 were treated with MEBO and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results The symptoms of patients with burning pain, erythema and papules basically disappeared after 1 to 2 days of treatment. In patients with blisters, the blister skin was fell off after 2 to 4 days of treatment and the wounds were healed after 7 days of continuous treatment. In patients with skin ulcers, the wounds were healed after 11 to 14 days of treatment. During the treatment course, no infection was observed on the lesion locations of all patients. The follow-up of 3 to 6 months found no scar formation on the healed skin of all patients. Conclusion MEBO can promote the disappearance of skin damage symptoms of contact dermatitis caused by dog-days paste and achieve the scarless healing of skin lesions, without obvious adverse reactions. Moreover, it is easy to use, and should be promoted in clinical practice. |
