          【摘要】 目的 分析探讨烧伤创疡再生医疗技术与负压封闭引流技术序惯应用在慢性难愈合创面治疗中的 临床疗效。方法 对2013 年12 月至2018 年1 月德阳市人民医院烧伤整形美容科收治的132 例慢性难愈合创面患 者序惯应用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术与负压封闭引流技术治疗, 部分面积较大的创面待肉芽组织生长旺盛后予以Ⅱ 期缝合、植皮或皮瓣移植等方式封闭创面, 观察治疗效果。结果 创面Ⅰ期愈合者97 例, 平均愈合时间为28 d; 行Ⅱ期手术封闭创面者25 例, 其中植皮封闭创面者20 例、皮瓣移植封闭创面者5 例, 且最终创面均完全愈合, 平均愈合时间为42 d; 因拒绝手术或有手术禁忌症未行手术封闭, 且创面始终未愈者10 例, 平均住院时间为 66 d。结论 序惯应用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术与负压封闭引流技术治疗慢性难愈合创面, 可有效促进肉芽组织生 长, 加速创面愈合, 疗效显著, 临床应用价值较高。

          【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and investigate the clinical efficacy of the sequential application of MEBT/MEBO and vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of chronic non.healing wounds. Methods 132 patients withchronic non.healing wounds admitted into the Burns and Plastic Surgery Department of Deyang People’s Hospital betweenDecember 2013 and January 2018 were treated with the sequential application of MEBT/ MEBO and VSD. For some large.sized wounds, secondary suture, skin grafting or skin flap transplantation were performed to close the wounds when the gran.ulation tissues grew well. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The wounds of 97 patients realized the primary heal.ing, with the mean healing time being 28 d. 25 patients underwent secondary surgeries to close the wounds, of which 20 pa.tients received skin grafting and 5 patients received skin flap transplantation, and the wounds were all completely healed atthe end, with the mean healing time of 42 d. The wounds of 10 patients remained non.healing because they refused to un.dergo surgeries or had surgical contraindications, and their mean hospitalization length was 66 d. Conclusion The sequen.tial application of MEBT/ MEBO and VSD in the treatment of chronic non.healing wounds can effectively promote the growth of granulation tissues and wound healing, presenting a much high clinical application value.
