| 【摘要】 目的 对比观察虎杖黄芩酊治疗三伏贴所致皮肤损伤的临床疗效?方法 将2016 年7 月至2018年8 月鄂东医疗集团市中医医院针灸科收治的36 例三伏贴导致的皮肤损伤患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组(18 例) 和对照组(18 例), 其中治疗组患者采用虎杖黄芩酊喷雾剂治疗局部皮损创面, 对照组患者采用碘伏治疗局部皮损创面, 对比观察两组患者治疗第3?5 天时的皮损创面愈合情况及皮损创面愈合时间?结果 治疗第3天, 治疗组患者中显效15 例?有效3 例?显效率为83.3%, 对照组患者中显效6 例?有效11 例?无效1 例?显效率为33.3%, 两组对比, P <0.01, 差异具有统计学意义; 治疗第5 天, 治疗组患者中显效16 例?有效2 例?显效率为88.9%, 对照组患者中显效9 例?有效8 例?无效1 例?显效率为50.0%, 两组对比, P <0.05, 差异具有统计学意义?最终两组患者皮损创面均完全愈合, 其中治疗组患者创面愈合时间为(6.2 ±1.2) d, 对照组患者创面愈合时间为(9.5 ±0.8) d, 两组对比, t =9.708, P <0.01, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 虎杖黄芩酊可有效促进三伏贴所致皮肤损伤创面的愈合, 缩短创面愈合时间, 减轻创面疼痛, 临床应用价值较高? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huzhang Huangqin Ding in the treatment of skin damagecaused by Sanfutie. Methods Thirty six patients with sanfutie?caused skin damage admitted into the Acupuncture Depart?ment of Edong Healthcare City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between July 2016 and August 2018 were dividedinto a treatment group (18 patients) and a control group (18 patients) according to the random number table. In the treat?ment group the local skin wound was treated with the Huzhang Huangqin Ding Spray while the local skin wound in the con?trol group was treated with iodophor. The wound healing condition on day 3 and 5 of treatment and the wound healing timewere observed and compared between the two groups. Results On day 3 of treatment, the effective rate was 83?? 3% with15 cases markedly effective and 3 cases effective in the treatment group while in the control group the effective rate was33?? 3% with 6 cases markedly effective, 11 cases effective and one case ineffective, between which the comparison showedstatistically significant difference, P <0.01. On day 5 of treatment, the effective rate was 88?? 9% in the treatment group__with 16 cases markedly effective, 2 cases effective while in the control group the effective rate was 50.0% with 9 casesmarkedly effective, 8 cases effective and one case ineffective, between which the comparison also showed statistically signifi?cant difference, P <0.05. At the end the skin damage wounds were all completely healed in the two groups. The woundhealing time was (6.2 ±1.2) d in the treatment group and (9.5 ±0.8) d in the control group, t test was used for compari?son and the results showed statistically significant difference with t = 9.708, P < 0.01. Conclusion Huzhang HuangqinDing can effectively promote the wound healing of skin damage caused by Sanfutie, shorten wound healing time and relievewound pain, presenting very high clinical application value. |
