| 【摘要】 感染是严重烧伤患者的主要并发症之一， 也是引起严重烧伤患者死亡的重要原因之一， 尤其是烧伤脓毒症居严重烧伤患者死亡原因的首位。近年来， 随着医学技术的不断发展， 烧伤感染的细菌学与耐药性以及诊疗标准也发生了改变。为此， 笔者对近年来烧伤感染的诊断与治疗进展进行了综述， 旨在为更好地防治烧伤感染、提高烧伤患者的生存率提供帮助。 |

| 【Abstract】 Infection is one of the main complications of severe burn patients, and also one major cause of death of such patients, especially sepsis after burn - top cause of death in such patients. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of medical technology, the bacteriology, drug resistance, standards of diagnosis and treatment of infection after burn have also been changing. Therefore, this paper made a review on the advances of diagnosis and treatment of infection after burn in recent years, with the aim of better preventing and treating infection after burn, and improving the survival rate of burn patients. |
