| 【Abstract】 One patient with extensive burns complicated with advanced twin pregnancy, admitted into the Burns and Plastic Department of The Affiliated Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital of Qingdao University in July 2017, was treated with systemic treatments including fluid resuscitation for burn shock according to the patient’s body condition, anti?infection treatment and topical use of MEBO, while terminating pregnancy at proper time. After 28 days of treatment, the wounds were completely healed and the patient was discharged. The two infants were basically healthy and discharged from the hos? pital one month after birth. |
