| 【Abstract】 One patient with extremely severe burn injury complicated with invasive fungal infection of both lungs,admitted to the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery of Weihai Municipal Hospital in October 2017, was reported in thisstudy. In addition to systemic comprehensive treatments like shock prevention with fluid resuscitation, tracheotomy,anti?infection, immunity improvement and nutrition support, and nursing measures like airway humidification and mechanical ventilation, the burn wounds were treated with Silver Sulfadiazine and irradiated pigskin graft. On day 21 of treatment,the infection was under control and the wound area reduced significantly. |
