【摘要】慢性难愈合创面多见于创伤导致的长期卧床患者及糖尿病等慢性疾病患者, 具有病程较长? 迁延难愈等特点? 近年来部分研究学者发现, 细胞外微环境中存在的细胞角蛋白? 细胞外基质对创面修复具有一定的促进作用? 但对慢性难愈合创面具有显著疗效的皮肤再生医疗技术 ( moist exposed burn therapy / moist exposed burn ointment, MEBT / MEBO), 其作用机制是否也与细胞外微环境相关, 则未见相关研究报道? 为此, 笔者于本研究中阐述了细胞外微环境中的细胞角蛋白? 细胞外基质对慢性难愈合创面修复的意义, 并分析了 MEBT / MEBO 促进慢性难愈合创面修复与改善细胞外微环境, 进而调控细胞分化方向的相关性及可能作用机制, 旨在为 MEBT / MEBO的临床应用提供部分理论依据? |

【Abstract】 Chronic refractory wounds are common among bed?ridden patients caused by trauma and patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes. Such patients usually have long course of disease and suffer from hard?to?heal wounds. In recent years, some researchers have found that the cytokeratin and extracellular matrix present in the extracellular microenvi? ronment can promote wound healing. There is no relevant research report on whether the mechanism of action of MEBT / MEBO with significant effect on chronic refractory wounds is also related to extracellular microenvironment. In this study, the author described the role of cytokeratin and extracellular matrix in the extracellular microenvironment for the repair of chronic refractory wounds and analyzed the correlation of MEBT / MEBO in promoting the repair of chronic refractory wounds and improving the extracellular environment and further in regulating the direction of cellular differentiation as well as its possible mechanism of action, with the aim of providing some theoretical evidence for the clinical application of MEBT / MEBO. |
