          【摘要】 目的 观察闭环靶控输注麻醉术后患者血清游离脂肪酸 ( free fatty acid, FFA)? 丙二醛 ( malondi? aldehyde, MDA) 水平及超氧化物歧化酶 ( superoxide dismutase, SOD) 活性的变化情况, 并分析其相关性? 方法 选取利津县第二人民医院收治的 80 例择期行全身麻醉手术的患者作为研究对象, 术前予以闭环靶控输注麻醉, 并分别于术前及术后 1? 7 d 检测患者血清 FFA? MDA 水平及 SOD 活性, 对比分析其相关性? 结果 患者术后血清FFA? MDA 水平均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势, P 均 < 0 01, 差异具有统计学意义; SOD 活性呈现出先降低后升高的趋势, P < 0 01, 差异具有统计学意义? 随着术后机体组织的不断修复, 至术后第 7 天, 血清 FFA 水平及 SOD 活性均恢复至正常水平, 与术前相比, P 均 > 0 05, 差异无统计学意义; 血清 MDA 表达水平略高于术前, 与术前相比, P < 0 01, 差异具有统计学意义? 患者血清 FFA 水平与 MDA 水平呈正相关 ( r = 0 492, P = 0 005, P < 0 01), 与 SOD 活性呈负相关 ( r = - 0 457, P = 0 006, P < 0 01)? 结论 闭环靶控输注麻醉可在短时间内明显提高患者血清 FFA? MDA 水平, 降低 SOD 活性, 增强患者体内的氧化应激反应?

          【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of the expression levels of free fatty acid ( FFA), malondialde? hyde ( MDA), and the activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) in patients after anesthesia under the closed?loop target con? trolled infusion, and analyze the correlation between them. Methods Eighty patients scheduled to undergo general anes? thesia in Lijin Second People’ s Hospital were selected as subjects. The patients were given anesthesia under the closed?loop target controlled infusion before the operation. The expression levels of FFA and MDA in serum and SOD activity were de? tected respectively before the operation, on day 1 postoperation and on day 7 postoperation, and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results After the operation, the expression levels of FFA and MDA in serum showed a trend of de?crease following increase, and the differences were statistically significant, both P < 0 01, and the activity of SOD showed a trend of decrease before increase, and the difference was also statistically significant, P < 0 01. With the continuous resto?ration of patients’ body tissues, on day 7 postoperation, the expression levels of FFA in serum and SOD activity restored to their normal levels, but no statistically significant difference was observed as compared with their respective levels before the operation, both P > 0 05. However, the expression level of MDA in serum was slightly higher than that before the treat? ment, and the difference was statistically significant, P < 0 01. The expression level of FFA was positively correlated with the expression level of MDA ( r = 0 492, P = 0 005, P < 0 01 ), but was negatively correlated with the activity of SOD( r = - 0 457, P = 0 006, P < 0 01). Conclusion The anesthesia under the closed?loop target controlled infusion canmarkedly increase the expression levels of FFA and MDA in serum and decrease the activity of SOD, and enhance the oxida? tive stress in patients’ body
