| 【摘要】 目的 对比观察防风通圣丸治疗肺经风热型痤疮的临床疗效? 方法 将 2017 年 8 月至 2018 年 8 月黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院皮肤科收治的 70 例肺经风热型痤疮患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组 (35 例) 与对照组 (35 例), 其中治疗组患者采用防风通圣丸治疗, 对照组患者采用丹参酮治疗, 对比观察两组患者的痤疮评分及临床疗效? 结果 治疗 4 周时, 治疗组患者的痤疮评分为 (3 06 ± 0 58) 分, 对照组患者的痤疮评分为 (5 60 ± 0 77) 分, 两组对比, P < 0 05, 差异具有统计学意义; 治疗 4 周时, 治疗组患者中痊愈 15 例? 显效 10 例? 有效8 例? 无效2 例, 总有效率为94 3% , 对照组患者中痊愈7 例? 显效10 例? 有效9 例? 无效9 例, 总有效率为 74 3% , 两组对比, P < 0 05, 差异具有统计学意义? 结论 防风通圣丸可有效促进肺经风热型痤疮的消退, 疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of Fangfeng Tongshen Pill in treating acne caused by wind?heat in the lung meridian. Methods Seventy patients with acne of lung wind?heat type admitted into the Dermatology Department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between August 2017 and August 2018 were randomly divided into a treatment group (35 patients) and a control group (35 patients) ac? cording to the random number table. In the treatment group patients were treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng Pill while patients in the control group were treated with Tanshinone, the acne scoring and clinical efficacy were observed and compared re? spectively between the two groups. Results At week 4 of treatment, the acne scoring was ( 3 06 ± 0 58 ) points in the treatment group while that was (5 60 ± 0 77) points in the control group, between which the comparison showed a statistically significant difference, P < 0 05. At 4 weeks of treatment, in the treatment group, 15 patients were cured, 10 patients showed marked effectiveness, 8 patients showed effectiveness and 2 patients ineffectiveness, and the total effective rate was 94 3% , while in the control group, 7 patients were cured, 10 patients marked effectiveness, 9 patients effectiveness and 9 patients ineffectiveness, and the total effective rate was 74 3% . A statistically significant difference was observed when the
total effective rate was compared between the two groups, P < 0 05. Conclusion Fangsheng Tongshen Pill showed signifi? cant effect in promoting the fading away of lung wind?heat type acne, deserving to be popularized in clinical practice. |
