【摘要】 创面修复是一个较为漫长的过程, 目前临床上多采用敷料外敷? 生物疗法? 物理疗法和手术植皮等予以治疗, 其中敷料外敷因使用便捷? 经济实惠在临床中应用较为广泛? 然而, 目前临床使用的抗菌敷料主要有载银缓释型抗菌敷料和纳米银抗菌敷料等, 主要用于创面抗菌, 性能单一且价格昂贵, 故研制一种同时具备促进创面愈合和控制感染两种功能的新型创面敷料迫在眉睫? 研究显示, 将易获取的动物胶原蛋白作为载体, 采用微网格技术将成纤维细胞生长因子及银离子等网络到由胶原?壳聚糖组成的扩散膜内, 可能能够在获得良好经济效益和社会效益的同时, 为改进和研制新型敷料服务于临床打下坚实的基础? 为此, 笔者于本研究中探讨了新型创面敷料的研制及其临床应用进展, 旨在为创面的临床治疗提供新的思路? |

【Abstract】 Wound repair is a relatively lengthy process, and at present it is commonly managed with external dressing, biological therapy, physical therapy, skin grafting and etc. in clinical practice, of which external dressing is more widely used given its easy?of?use and high cost?effectiveness. However, the antimicrobial dressings used currently in clinical practice are mainly silver?carrying slow?release antimicrobial dressing and nano?silver antimicrobial dressing, and with the sole antibacterial function they are very expensive, and thus it is urgent to develop a new wound dressing with the functions of promoting wound healing and controlling infection. Studies showed that with the readily available animal collagen as a car? rier, using the microgrid technology to incorporate fibroblast growth factor and silver ions into the diffusion membrane com? posed of collagen?chitosan may lay a solid foundation for the improvement and development of a new?type dressing for clinical application, in the meantime of achieving good economic and social benefits. To this end, this study explored the develop? ment of a new?type wound dressing and its clinical application progress, with the aim of providing new insights for the treat? ment of wounds. |
