          【摘要】 目的 观察分析湿润烧伤膏联合蚕食清创治疗Wagner 2 ~ 4级缺血性糖尿病足的临床疗效? 方法 选取 2015 年 1 月至 2016 年 12 月北京市宣武中医医院普外科收治的64例 Wagner 2 ~ 4 级缺血性糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序编号后采用随机数表法将患者随机分为试验组 (32 例) 和对照组 (32 例),其中试验组患者采用湿润烧伤膏联合蚕食清创治疗,对照组患者采用常规清创联合传统换药治疗,对比分析治疗第 10? 20? 30 天时两组患者的创面肉芽组织生长率及创面面积缩小率? 结果 治疗第 10 天,两组患者创面面积均无缩小;试验组患者治疗第 10? 20? 30 天的肉芽组织生长率和治疗第 20? 30 天的创面面积缩小率均明显高于 对照组,差异具有统计学意义 (P 均 < 0.05)? 与治疗第 10 天相比,试验组与对照组患者治疗第 20? 30 天的肉 芽组织生长率和创面面积缩小率均逐渐升高,差异具有统计学意义 (P 均 < 0.05)? 结论 湿润烧伤膏联合蚕食清创治疗缺血性糖尿病足,可有效促进创面肉芽组织及新生上皮生长,加速创面愈合,疗效显著,临床应用价值较高?

          【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of MEBO combined with encroaching debridement in the treatment of Wagner grade 2-4 ischemic diabetic foot. Methods Sixty-four patients with Wagner grade 2-4 ischemic di-abetic foot,admitted to the General Surgery Department of Beijing Xuanwu TCM Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as subjects. After being numbered based on their admission time,the patients were divided,according to the random number table,into an experiment group (32 cases) and a control group (32 cases). The patients in the experiment group were treated with MEBO combined with encroaching debridement whereas the patients in the control group were treated with the routine debridement and the traditional dressing change. The granulation tissue growth rate and wound area reduction rate were compared between the two groups respectively on day 10,day 20 and day 30 of treatment. Results The wound area in the two groups showed no decrease on day 10 of treatment. The granulation tissue growth rate on day 10,20 and 30 of treatment and the wound area reduction rate on day 20 and 30 of treatment in the experiment group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences all showed statistical significance (P < 0.05). Compared with that on day 10 of treatment,granulation tissue growth rate and wound area reduction rate on day 20 and day 30 of treatment both in the experiment group and the control group all gradually increased,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion MEBO combined with encroaching debridement in the treatment of ischemic diabetic foot can promote granulation tissues growth and epithelialization,and accelerate wound healing,presenting a high value for clinical application given its good curative effect.
