          【摘要】 目的 探讨高效辐射对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的促进作用? 方法 回顾性分析 2015 年 1 月至 2017 年 12 月接受高效辐射联合复方紫草油治疗的 60 例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者 (设为治疗组) 及 2011 年 1 月至 2014 年 12 月单纯接受复方紫草油治疗的 96 例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者 (设为对照组) 的病历资料,对比观察两组患者的创面成痂 时间、脱痂时间、感染率、创面炎性渗出持续时间、创周炎症反应持续时间及创面愈合时间? 结果 治疗组患者 的创面成痂时间为 (1.96±0.77) d,脱痂时间为 (13.67±2.03) d,创面炎性渗出持续时间为 (10.38±1.39) d,创周炎症反应持续时间为 (5.67±1.08) d,最终创面愈合时间为 (23.48±2.23) d,均明显短于对照组患者的 创面成痂时间 (5.23±1.42) d、脱痂时间 (18.93±1.01) d、创面炎性渗出持续时间 (12.69±1.51) d、创周 炎症反应持续时间 (9.49±1.36) d、最终创面愈合时间 (28.57±3.61) d,两组对比,P 均 < 0.05,差异具有 统计学意义? 治疗过程中,治疗组患者中出现感染者 15 例,感染率为 25.0% ;对照组患者中出现感染者 36 例,感染率为 37.5%,两组对比,P > 0.05,差异无统计学意义? 结论 高效辐射可显著缩短采用复方紫草油治疗的 深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合时间,降低创面炎症反应程度,是一种值得推广的辅助治疗手段?

          【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the promoting effect of high-efficient radiation on the wound healing of deep Ⅱ degree burns. Methods A retrospective analysis was done on the medical record of 60 patients with deep Ⅱ degree burns receiving the combined treatment of high-efficient radiation and Compound Arnebia Root Oil between January 2015 and December 2017 (treatment group) and of 96 patients with deep Ⅱ degree burns receiving simply the treatment of Compound Arnebia Root Oil between January 2011 and December 2014 (control group). The scab formation time,scabsloughing time,infection rate,duration of wound inflammatory exudation,inflammatory reaction duration at wound periphery and wound healing time were observed and compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group,the scab formation time was (1.96±0.77) d,the scarsloughing time was (13.67±2.03) d,the duration of wound inflammatory exudation was (10.38±1.39) d,the inflammatory reaction duration at wound periphery was (5.67±1.08) d and the wound healing time was (23.48±2.23) d,which were all shorter than the corresponding (5.23±1.42) d,(18.93±1.01) d,(12.69±1.51) d,(9.49±1.36) d and (28.57±3.61) d in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant,P < 0.05. During the treatment course,there were 15 cases suffered from infection and the infection rate was was not statistically significant,P > 0.05. Conclusion High-efficient radiation can significantly shorten the wound healing time of deep Ⅱ degree burns treated with Compound Arnebia Root Oil,and reduce the degree of the wound inflammatory reaction,and thus can be recommended as an auxiliary treatment for such burns.
