| 【摘要】 目的 对比观察火针联合湿润烧伤膏治疗风热毒蕴型扁平疣的临床疗效? 方法 将 2017 年 12 月 至 2018 年 12 月黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院皮肤科收治的 60 例风热毒蕴型扁平疣患者按照随机数表法随机 分为治疗组 (30 例) 和对照组 (30 例)，其中治疗组患者予以火针联合湿润烧伤膏治疗，对照组患者仅予以火 针治疗，连续治疗 4 周后观察两组患者的治疗效果? 结果 治疗 4 周后，治疗组患者中痊愈 7 例，显效 16 例，有效 5 例，无效 2 例，总有效率为 93.33%，明显优于对照组患者的痊愈 3 例，显效 8 例，有效 13 例，无效 6 例，总有效率 80.00%，两组对比，P < 0.05，差异具有统计学意义? 结论 火针与湿润烧伤膏联合应用可通过其疏风清热、解毒散结的作用有效促进风热毒蕴型扁平疣的消退，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of fire needle combined with MEBO in the treatment of flat warts of wind-heat and toxic type. Methods Sixty patients with flat warts，admitted to the Dermatology Department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2018，were divided，according to the random number table，into a treatment group (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with fire needle combined with MEBO whereas the patients in the control group were treated with fire needle simply. The curative effect was observed in the two groups after 4 weeks of consecutive treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%，with 7 cases cured，16 cases markedly effective，5 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective，while that in the control group was 80.00%，with 3 cases cured，8 cases markedly effective，13 cases effective and 6 cases ineffective. The comparison between the two groups showed statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fire needle combined with MEBO can effectively promote the regression of flat warts of wind-heat and toxic type since it has the effects of dispelling wind and clearing heat，resolving toxin and dissipating stasis，deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
