| 【Abstract】 One patient with repeated prosthesis sinking after the rhinoplasty was given the filling of autologous dermal fat flaps to correct the condition following the removal of prosthesis. The follow-up half a year after the operation found that the nose back had a moderate height and smooth outline，and no tissue down-shift was observed，presenting satisfying effect. |
