| 【Abstract】 One patient with high complex anal fistula admitted into the Surgery Department of Beijing Xuanwu TCM Hospital was treated with the thread-drawing procedure, followed by the external application of MEBO and sitz bath with hospital-prepared traditional Chinese medicine. On day 10 postoperation, the thread fell off spontaneously. On day 18 postoperation, the wound was healed completely, the patient had formed stool in soft texture, without anal pain, and the clinical curative effect was satisfying. |
