| 【摘要】 压疮是目前慢性难愈性创面修复所面临的难题之一， 其较高的发病率及昂贵的医疗费用给患者及 其家庭带来了沉重的负担， 因此寻求一种合理且有效的压疮治疗方案意义重大。 笔者通过查阅中外文献发现， 中 医药疗法、 湿性愈合敷料、 干细胞疗法、 生长因子疗法、 负压封闭引流技术、 皮肤再生医疗技术等是目前临床常 用的压疮治疗方法， 能够改善压疮的临床症状， 缩短创面愈合时间， 特别是多种疗法联合应用可协同发挥促进创 面修复的作用， 明显提高创面的愈合质量。 本文从压疮的危险因素、 治疗现状等方面进行了综述， 以期为压疮的 临床治疗提供帮助。 |

| 【Abstract】 Pressure sore is a big problem for chronic refractory wound repair. As it requires high medical cost and has high incidence, it brings a heavy burden to patients and their families. Therefore, it is of great importance to find an effective treatment for such disease. After reviewing a great deal of Chinese and foreign literature, the author found that the following are commonly used treatment for pressure ulcer, including TCM therapy, wet wound healing dressing, stem cell therapy, growth factor therapy, vacuum sealing drainage, and skin regenerative medical technology. These therapies can improve clinical symptoms of pressure sores and shorten wound healing time. In particular, the combined application of the above therapies has synergistic effect and can promote wound repair and improve wound healing quality. The author reviewed risk factors of pressure sore and its current treatment status, so as to contribute to its clinical treatment. |
