| 【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏在尿毒症合并缺血性足坏疽患者创面中的治疗效果? 方法 给予 2017 年 1 月至 2018 年 12 月庄河市中心医院中西医结合内科收治的 19 例尿毒症合并缺血性足坏疽患者全身综合治疗的同 时，创面外涂湿润烧伤膏换药治疗，观察创面愈合时间? 愈合效果及治疗前后创面组织中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF) 的变化情况? 结果 治疗21 d后，19 例患者中痊愈8例，显效 11 例；最终所有患者创面均完全愈合，愈合时间为 (29.25±7.32) d；治疗第 2 天，患者创面组织中 VEGF 的表达水平明显高于治疗前 ( t=-7.036，P=0.000)? 结论 湿润烧伤膏可明显促进尿毒症合并缺血性足坏疽患者创面愈合，其机制可能与其能够升高创 面组织中 VEGF 的表达水平有关? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of MEBO in the treatment of patients with uremia combined with ischemic foot gangrene. Methods 19 patients with uremia combined with ischemic foot gangrene were admitted to the Department of Integrated Chinese and Western Internal Medicine，Central Hospital of Zhuanghe City from January 2017 to December 2018. In addition to systemic comprehensive treatment，external application of MEBO were also performed on the patients. The wound healing time，wound healing effect and the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in wound tissues before and after treatment were observed. Results After 21 days of treatment，there were 8 cases of cured and 11 cases of markedly effective. Finally，all wounds healed completely with healing time being (29.25±7.32) d. On day 2，the expression level of VEGF in wound tissues was significantly higher than that before treatment (t =-7.036，P = 0.000). Conclusion MEBO can promote wound healing for patients with uremia combined with ischemic foot gangrene. Its mechanism may be related to its ability to increase VEGF expression level in wound tissues. |
