【摘要】目的对比观察湿润烧伤膏与负压封闭引流技术序贯治疗热压伤的临床疗效? 方法将 2013 年 6 月至 2018 年 3 月德州市第二人民医院烧伤创疡整形科收治的 81 例上肢热压伤患者按照随机数表法分为治疗组 (42 例) 和对照组 (39 例)，其中治疗组患者采用湿润烧伤膏与负压封闭引流技术序贯治疗局部创面，对照组患者采用莫匹罗星软膏与负压封闭引流技术序贯治疗局部创面，对比观察两组患者的创面愈合时间? 结果两组患者创面均完全愈合，其中治疗组患者创面愈合时间为 (38.79±5.48) d，显著短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间 (56.62±6.97) d，两组对比采用 t 检验，t = 12.850，P = 0.000，P < 0.05，差异具有统计学意义? 结论湿润烧伤膏与负压封闭引流技术序贯治疗热压伤，可促进创面愈合，缩短创面愈合时间，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用?

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of sequential therapy consisting of MEBO and vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of hot crush injury. Methods Eighty-one patients with hot crush injuries on their upper limbs，admitted to Department of Burns，Wounds and Ulcers & Plastic Surgery of The Second People Hospital of Dezhou from June 2013 to March 2018，were divided，according to the random number table，into a treatment group (42 cases) and a control group (39 cases). Patients in the treatment group were treated with sequential therapy consisting of MEBO and vacuum sealing drainage whereas patients in the control group with sequential therapy consisting of Mupirocin ointment and vacuum sealing drainage. The wound healing time was compared between the two groups. Results All wounds in the two groups healed completely. The wound healing time of the treatment group was (38.79±5.48) days，significantly shorter than that of the control group (56.62±6.97) days. t test was used to compare the two groups ( t=12.850，P= 0.000，P<0.05) and the results showed statistically significant difference. Conclusion The sequential therapy consisting of MEBO and vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of hot crush injury can promote wound healing and shorten wound healing time. It deserves to be promoted in clinical practice due to its good efficacy.
