【摘要】目的 对比观察CO2激光结合不同剂量重组人干扰素α-1b治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2018年6月至2019年6月咸宁市中心医院收治的120例尖锐湿疣患者的病历资料,将采用CO2激光结合500万单位重组人干扰素α-1b治疗的60例患者设为观察组,采用CO2激光结合100万单位重组人干扰素α-1b治疗的60例患者设为对照组,对比观察两组患者自然杀伤(NK)细胞、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)等免疫功能相关指标的变化情况以及治疗后1、3、6个月的复发情况。结果 治疗2周后,两组患者NK细胞、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgA及IgG水平均升高,且观察组患者NK细胞、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgA及IgG水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.062、2.788、7.237、2.736、3.047,P=0.000、0.006、0.000、0.007、0.003);而CD8+水平均降低,且观察组患者CD8+水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.733,P=0.000)。治疗后1、3、6个月,观察组患者复发率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.107、8.292、7.566,P=0.004、0.004、0.006)。结论 CO2激光结合高剂量重组人干扰素α-1b治疗尖锐湿疣的效果更佳,可明显提高患者的免疫功能,降低复发率,值得进一步深入研究探讨。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of CO2 laser combined with recombinant human interferon α-1b at different doses in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods The medical records of 120 patients with condyloma acuminatum, admitted to Xianning Central Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019, were retrospectively analyzed. 60 patients treated with CO2 laser in combination with 5 million international units of recombinant human interferon α-1b were set as observation group, and the other 60 patients treated with CO2 laser in combination with 1 million international units of recombinant human interferon α-1b were set as control group. The changes of immune function related indicators, such as natural killer (NK) cells, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG) and the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum 1, 3, and 6 months after treatment were compared and observed between the two groups. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of NK cells, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, IgA, and IgG in the two groups increased. Their levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the comparison showed statistically significant difference (t = 8.062, 2.788, 7.237, 2.736, 3.047, P = 0.000, 0.006, 0.000, 0.007, 0.003). The level of CD8 + in the two groups decreased. Its level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the comparison showed statistically significant difference (t = 5.733, P = 0.000). 1, 3, and 6 months after treatment, the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the comparison showed statistically significant differences (χ2 = 8.107, 8.292, 7.566, P = 0.004, 0.004, 0.006). Conclusion CO2 laser combined with high dose of recombinant human interferon α-1b is more effective in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Such therapy can significantly improve the immune function of patients and reduce their recurrence rate, it is worth further research and exploration. |
