| 目的 对比观察富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin，PRF)治疗慢性窦道型创面的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年10月至2019年10月湖北医药学院附属人民医院烧伤整形科收治的64例慢性窦道型创面患者作为研究对象，并按照随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组32例，治疗组患者于窦道腔内清创术后行PRF移植治疗，对照组患者于窦道腔内清创术后应用稀碘伏油纱引流治疗，对比两组患者窦道完全封闭时间及创面完全愈合时间。结果 治疗组患者窦道完全封闭时间为（29.7±15.4）d、创面完全愈合时间为（38.1±19.5）d，均明显短于对照组患者窦道完全封闭时间（46.1±25.3）d、创面完全愈合时间（54.6±27.1）d（t=3.132、2.796，P=0.003、0.007）。结论 富血小板纤维蛋白可有效促进慢性窦道型创面愈合，与稀碘伏油纱引流治疗相比，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 To comparatively observe the therapeutic effect of platelet?rich fibrin (PRF) in the treat? ment of chronic sinus wounds. Methods 64 patients with chronic sinus wounds, admitted to the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery, People’s Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine from August 2018 to August 2019, were se? lected as research subjects and then were divided, according to random number table, into a treatment group (32 cases) and a control group (32 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with the transplantation of PRF after sinus tract debridement while the patients in the control group were treated with drainage therapy using dilute iodophor gauze after sinus tract debridement. The sinus complete closure time and wound complete healing time were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group, sinus complete closure time was (29time was (38respectively (t = 3P = 0Conclusion Platelet?rich fibrin can promote the healing of chronic sinus wounds.
