| 目的 探讨烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗肛周脓肿术后创面的临床疗效，并总结疼痛护理体会。方法 回顾性分析2017年8月至10月任丘市中医院肛肠外科收治的采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗的47例肛周脓肿术后患者的病历资料，观察肛周脓肿术后创面的愈合时间及疼痛缓解情况。结果 47例患者术后创面均完全愈合，创面愈合时间为7～10 d。治疗过程中，出现Ⅰ度疼痛者31例，未采取止痛措施即缓解，疼痛时间为2～3 h；Ⅱ度疼痛者9例，均于口服布洛芬缓释胶囊后0.5～1 h降为Ⅰ度疼痛；Ⅲ度疼痛者7例，均于肌注盐酸曲马多后0.5 h降为Ⅰ度疼痛。结论 肛周脓肿术后创面采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗，并辅以精心护理可有效促进创面愈合，缓解创面疼痛，疗效显著，值得临床借鉴应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 To explore clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of wounds after perianal abscess surgery and summarize the experience of pain nursing experience. Methods Retrospective analysis of the medical records of 47 patients treated with MEBT/MEBO after perianal abscess surgery at the Department of Anus and Intestine Surgery, Renqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August to October 2017 was performed, and wound healing time and pain relief after perianal abscess surgery were observed. Results The wounds of 47 patients healed completely and the healing time was 7-10 days. During the treatment, 31 cases of first-degree pain were relieved without using analgesia, and the duration of pain was 2 to 3 hours; 9 cases of second-degree pain were reduced to first-degree 0.5 to 1 hour after oral administrition of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules; 7 cases of third-degree pain were reduced to first -degree 0.5 h after intramuscular injection of tramadol hydrochloride. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO combined with intensive care in the treatment of wounds after perianal abscess surgery can promote wound healing, relieve wound pain. It deserves to be promoted in clinical practice due to its good clinical effect |
