          目的 分析探讨湿润烧伤膏(moist exposed burn ointment,MEBO)联合负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)对糖尿病性难愈创面患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法 选取2017年6月至2019年6月商丘市第一人民医院收治的90例糖尿病性难愈创面患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例),其中研究组患者予以MEBO联合VSD治疗局部创面,对照组患者单独予以VSD治疗局部创面,动态监测对比两组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平变化情况。结果 治疗第3、7、14、21天,两组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均呈先升高后降低的趋势,且治疗第3天研究组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均明显高于对照组(t=4.357、2.219、3.006,P=0.000、0.029、0.003),而治疗第21天研究组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均明显低于对照组(t=5.291、3.717、3.764,P均=0.000)。结论 与VSD单独应用相比,MEBO与VSD联合应用可使创面快速进入炎症反应期,从而促进创面快速愈合。

          Objective To explore the effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) combined with vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) on the levels of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with diabetic refractory wounds. Methods Ninety patients with diabetic refractory wounds, admitted to Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019, were selected as research subjects and divided, ac- cording to the random number table, into a research group (45 cases) and a control group (45 cases). The patients in the study group were treated with MEBO combined with VSD, whereas the patients in the control group were treated with VSD only. The level changes of serum IL-6, TNF-α and CRP in patients of the two groups were monitored dynamically and com- pared. Results On day 3, 7, 14 and 21 of treatment, levels of serum IL-6, TNF-α, CRP in the two groups all presented a trend of increasing firstly followed by decreasing, and on day 3 of treatment, the levels of serum IL-6, TNF-α, CRP in the study group were all significantly higher than that in the control group ( t=4.357, 2.219 and 3.006 respectively, P=0.000, 0.029 and 0.003 respectively), while on day 21 of treatment, the levels of serum IL-6, TNF-α and CRP in the study group were all significantly lower than that in the control group ( t=5.291, 3.717 and 3.764 respectively, all P=0.000). Conclusion Inflammatory reaction appeared earlier and wound healing was accelerated when MEBO and VSD were applied together, compared to the simple use of VSD.
