          目的 对比分析纳米银医用抗菌敷料、康复新液及湿润烧伤膏联合应用与磺胺嘧啶银软膏及复方烧伤油联合应用治疗Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年1月至2019年8月万载县人民医院收治的56例Ⅳ期压疮患者作为研究对象, 并按照不同治疗方法将其分为观察组 (28例) 与对照组 (28例), 其中观察组患者 局部创面行纳米银医用抗菌敷料、康复新液及湿润烧伤膏联合治疗, 对照组患者局部创面行磺胺嘧啶银软膏及复方烧伤油联合治疗, 对比两组患者创面愈合时间及临床疗效? 结果 治疗2个月后, 观察组患者治愈20例? 有效8例, 总有效率为100% , 明显优于对照组患者的治愈14例、有效6例? 无效8例, 总有效率71.43% (Mann-Whitney U=276.000, Z=- 2.183, P=0.029)? 最终两组患者创面均完全愈合, 其中观察组患者创面愈合时间为 (50.65±12.34) d, 明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间 (82.35±19.79) d ( t=7.192, P=0.000)? 结 论 纳米银医用抗菌敷料? 康复新液及湿润烧伤膏联合应用有利于Ⅳ期压疮创面的再生修复, 缩短创面愈合时间, 疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用?

          Objective To compare the curative effects of the combined application of nano?silver medical antibac? terial dressing, Kangfuxin Solution and MEBO with that of the combined application of Sulfadiazine Silver Ointment and Compound Burn Oil in the treatment of stage Ⅳ pressure ulcers. Methods Fifty?six patients with stage Ⅳ pressure ulcers, admitted to Wanzai County People’s Hospital from January 2017 to August 2019, were selected as research subjects and divided into an observation group (28 cases) and a control group (28 cases) according to their different treatment protocols. The patients in the observation group were treated withnano?silver medical antibacterial dressing, Kangfuxin Solution and MEBO, while the patients in the control group were treated with Sulfadiazine Silver Ointment and Compound Burn Oil. The wound healing time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 months of treatment, cases were cured and 8 cases responded effectively in the observation group, with the total effective rate of 100% , which were significantly better than that in the control group where there were 14 cases cured, 6 cases effective, and 8 cases ineffective, with the total effective rate of 71.43 % (Mann-Whitney U=276.000, Z= - 2.183, P=0.029). In the end, the wounds of patients in the two groups were all healed completely, and the wound healing time in the observation group was (50.65 ± 12.34) d which was significantly shorter than (82.35±19.79) d in the control group (t=7.192, P=0.000). Conclusion The combined application of nanosilver medical antibacterial dressing, Kangfuxin Solution and MEBO can facilitate the regenerative repair of stage Ⅳ pressure ulcer wounds and shorten the wound healing time, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
